Wifi (1 gigabyte), roku and all utilities included. Private parking and private coded entry. There is no washer and dryer in the unit but the rent price includes weekly laundry service through a commercial cleaner. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking are allowed in the lake. No pets, no smoking and no events (parties or large gatherings) are allowed on the premises.
